Good morning everyone,

We are currently in operation. The finishing pass (final cleanup) will take place starting at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Snow alert notifications (by text or phone call) will be sent at the beginning of the route. Please move your vehicles before our operator arrives if you would like your driveway to be fully cleared.

We ask that no snowbanks be created after the driver’s final pass, as no additional service is planned at this time.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear clients,

We are currently pausing our operations to allow our teams a period of rest. Work will resume overnight to proceed with the removal of snowbanks left by the city.

The finishing pass (complete cleaning) is scheduled for tomorrow morning starting at 9:00 a.m. To facilitate the work of our operators, we kindly ask that you move your vehicles by 9:00 a.m. Snow Alert notifications will be sent at the beginning of the routes.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you a pleasant evening.

Monday, January 26th, 2026 (9:20 a.m.)

We will resume our snow removal operations around 11:00 a.m., following the City’s operations.

As precipitation is expected to continue throughout the day, the final complete pass will be carried out on Tuesday morning. If your driveway is clear at the time of our visit, it will be fully cleared. However, if you do not need to travel today, there is no need to move your vehicles.

A quick reminder: please avoid piling snow in front of driveways in order to ensure clear access at all times, especially in case of an emergency.

We will keep you informed of any further developments as needed.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Good evening, dear clients,

A snowstorm is expected in the coming hours. Our team will be on the ground tonight to carry out snow removal operations.

Due to the intensity of the snowfall, snow may quickly cover the work that has been completed. Please rest assured that our crews will return as needed.

We are closely monitoring weather forecasts as well as the City’s operations and will keep you informed of any new developments, should the situation require it.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
